Evixar Japan Inc. (Evixar) recognizes the importance of protection of personal information in the high-level IT society. We make every effort to protect personal information, in accordance with our Private Policy, shown below.

| 1. Evixar define policy of handling customers’ personal information. Evixar maintains the organization structure for the sake of proper protection of personal information.
2. When personal information is collected from customers, Evixar explicitly indicates the purpose on the website.
3. Evixar sets up a customer desk, and the Company collects necessary personal information.
4. Customers’ personal information is used within the usage purpose, and is properly controlled.
5. Except for the special rare cases, Customer’s information will not be disclosed to or provided for third parties without permission of the applicable customers.
6. Evixar maintains most accurate and up-to-date customers’ private information, and takes actions to prevent unauthorized access, loss, crash, alteration or divulgation.
7. When the processes of personal information are outsourced to a third party, by contract Evixar prohibits divulgation or unauthorized disclosure.
8. Personal information obtained from an outsourcer are properly controlled and are used within the coverage as defined in the contract.
9. In the event a customer wants to verify or modify his/her personal information, Evixar’s customer desk handled this in reasonably timely manner.
10. Evixar strives to comply with laws or regulations related to personal information, and to continue and improve aforementioned actions.
11. Evixar documents this private policy for personal information and notifies them to applicable persons.

2. For notification of necessary information on service
3. For improvement of Evixar’s service and development of new services
4. For promotion of Evixar’s services, survey, or gift distribution via such media as telephone, e-mails, mails
Evixar may use the personal information of the customer who cancelled contracts with Evixar for these purposes within necessary extent.

| Evixar may revise the purpose of personal information use. This revision should be reasonably related with the original purpose of use. Any revised purpose of use will be notified on the website.
| Exception to the disclosure to a third party
| | Under the following cases, Evixar may provide personal information without customer’s approval. 1. When necessary by law.
2. When the protection of human life, body or assets is necessary and it is difficult to obtain approval of the customer.
3. When the improvement of hygiene health of children and the sound growth of juvenile require the personal information, and when it is difficult to obtain approval of the customer.
4. When national government body, local government body or the outsourcee needs to perform their tasks defined by law, and when Evixar needs to cooperate with this, when it is diffuclt to.
5. When advance notice of disclosure to third parties is made.
| | Cookies , access log, information history | Some of the Evixar’s websites use Cookies. This is a technology that help a user to view Evixar’s website efficiently, and does not result in the situation which is unbeneficial to customers. Customers may choose not to receive cookie with the browser settings. Evixar’s website records information on those who accessed its website, as a form of access log. Access log includes user’s domains, IP addresses, name of browsers, date, time of access. Those information usually does not include any detail information to identify an individual.While these access logs are used for the server maintenance or statistics purpose. Access logs are not used for other purposes.
