Imagine your customer service operator directly views your PC screen in order to solve issues on PCs. See screenshots below. The customer’s PC screen is shown on the customer support operator. In addition to the screen image, the useful function tool bar enables the effective remote support.
Since Helpdove automatically analyzes your network environment, (i.e. whether NAT, proxy, or firewall is activated) and adjust Helpdove software to be functional. As long as your PC is connected to the Internet, our remote support software functions under virtually any network environment.
