1. List of user-support-friendly functions


Customer registration
By registering customers frequently calling your support center, remote access procedures for returned customers can be simplified. Also, you can save some text notes. In this way, regular customers and important customers enjoy quick start of remote control session.

Detail connection setting by customer
For registered customers, you can customize the settings and enables such function as “Auto remote connection without confirmation by the customer” “Auto transmission of e-mail at the beginning and the end of the remote support session. This customizing is useful for a customer with contract for maintenance.

Launch remote control session while the client computer is logged off
Even a customer’s PC is logged off, we can launch remote control session.

Reconnection
When the remote control was disconnected due to the line traffic, reconnection is possible.

Limitation to specified application
This effective tool may be used when a customer need support for specific software. As this function many not work all application software, we strongly recommend that you test this with our trial version.

 

2. List of functions during remote control session

"Ctrl+Alt+Delete" hot key With your simple click of the "CAD" icon, the "Ctrl+Alt+Delete" hot key of the customer-side PC can be controlled. This is a handy tool for the access to the Windows task manager.
Full-screen view On the customer support desk PC, You can enlarge the image of customer-side PC to the full screen. You can control the PC as if you actually have the customer’s PC in front of you.
Configuration, including the setting of image quality While, normally, our software automatically sets the optimum image quality, manual configuration is also available. You may speed up the transfer rate by selecting low image quality. Additional functions are included on this configuration button.
Manual screen refresh You can manually refresh the screen image, when the transfer rate is slow with mobile communication.
Windows hot key The Windows hot key can be controlled by clicking the icon.
Blackscreen and block-keyboard functions These functions prevent a person in front of the customer-side PC from viewing any actions performed by the operator.
File transfer Between connected two PCs, you can freely transfer files.
Chat Between connected two PCs, you can use chat function.

The functions are based on Ultra VNC, which is a GNU General Public License.

  • OS: Windows(R) Vista, XP, 2003, 2000
  • CPU: Over Pentium 100MHz
  • RAM: Over 128MB recommended
  • HDD: Free space of 5MB or more
  • Others: Direct X 7.0 or newer, Internet Explorer 5.0 or newer
  • TCP/IP: 80, 443 port ( for network environment, connectivity under NAT or proxy environment is possible on best-effort basis. )
